As a user of this website and a member of groups owned by The Coaches Circle, LLC, you agree to the strict No Refund Policy for all non-tangible goods and services. Any fraudulent claims or activity in violation of this policy will result in the immediate ban and removal from all groups and the forfeiture of any membership fees paid to attend the group.

Your purchase, attendance, and renewal of memberships and services are considered to be an acceptance of this policy with the intent to comply with these terms.

The Coaches’ Circle Community

As a member of our community, either online or in-person, you are agreeing to uphold a code of conduct that includes respect for your fellow members and their privacy, the coaches, and any additional team members contributing to the management and moderation of our community.

Your payment is an agreement to uphold and adhere to the rules outlined in any online group, forum, and website owned by The Coaches Circle, LLC and any of its affiliated coaches and moderators.

Any violation of the privacy of the members in any groups, events, or programs facilitated by The Coaches’ Circle will result in the immediate ban and removal from all groups and the forfeiture of any membership fees paid to attend the group.

Disclosure

Neither The Coaches Circle, LLC nor any of the affiliated coaches are qualified or licensed mental health practitioners or providers. We are not a replacement for mental health services and we are not attempting to diagnose, treat or cure any physical or mental ailment in any capacity. The Coaches Circle, LLC is a group of mindset coaches in the field of personal development who act as a guide to align you with habits, strategies, and cognitive-behavioral changes to improve your overall quality of life.
